Companies to Offer Health Insurance Plans for Wisconsin in 2017
Details on available plans in the state of Wisconsin will not be available until October. Humana has announced they are no longer offering coverage in Wisconsin (both within the network and out of network). UnitedHealthcare will also be leaving by end of this year, which may be troublesome since they do offer one of the lowest cost options in the region.
Children’s Community Health Plan (CCHP) will be one of the new options available in 2017. CCHP has been approved by the Federal government and their rate request has been filed and will be made public when the entire list of available plans and rates are available later in the year.
